I’ve
lived in Muskoka all my life and have been interested in art since I
could hold a crayon.
Creativity
relaxes and releases me, allowing me to freely express emotion through
colour and technique. Not a day goes by where I am not working on an art
project. I am driven to develop my vision and it is very satisfying to
see the end result. Oils and acrylics are my favourite media, but I also
enjoy drawing with charcoal, taking photographs to use in photo-manipulations
and using my computer to create digital drawings, paintings, cartoons
and graphic design. Studying fine art and graphic design at Georgian
College in Barrie brought great success and throughout the years I
received many art awards which encouraged me to keep exploring my
creative nature. I am also an
established, award winning editorial cartoonist.
I
work out of my home in Bracebridge. |
