Art, Music & Craft Day

Is the first Tuesday of each month, children ages 3 to 6 years and their parents, grandparents and/or caregivers can come to the library for our Art, Music and Craft Day. 10:30a.m. to 11:30a.m.

Rhythm, Rhymes and Tunes

Is a free program for infants and toddlers up to 3 years and their parents/grandparents and/or caregivers for a fun time of  knee bounces, finger rhymes, songs and board book stories, action rhymes, musical instruments and musical movement, as well as a simple craft related to the story makes for a fun time at the library. Parenting books and other resources are available for parents, grandparents or caregivers to sign out each week. PROGRAM 1:   10:00—10:45 am. PROGRAM 2: 11:00—11:45 am.

Drop In Storytime

Is a free drop in program on Fridays for children up to the age of 6 yrs. to attend with their parents, grandparents and/or caregivers for a fun hour (11-12:00 pm.) of stories, music/movement, games, imaginary play and crafts. Learn what’s new to read in the library.
Parents/grandparents/caregivers are requested to remain in the library during this program time for the well-being of their children.

After School Club

Boys and girls between the ages of 6-9 years of age can register for an hour each Wednesday at the dates below. A light healthy snack is provided on arrival before we read the story of the week. We then do a craft pertaining to the story to enhance the story ideas.

Preteen Club

Boys and girls between the ages of 10-13 yrs. Of age can register for the weekly Preteen Thursday Club. Each week a light healthy snack is provided on arrival, we read the selection of the week and then work on projects. Some projects may take more than one week to complete. Our weekly topics are generalized as the youth are encouraged to produce their own ideas and projects.
