2 levels with bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor. Kitchen and living area on the main floor.  A Custom built cottage by DGS Construction of Huntsville. Honey Oak cabinets. Finished in beautiful hand crafted pine moldings and trim.

Equipped with kitchen (gas stove, fridge, microwave oven, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, toaster, drip coffee maker)

 Electric heat, Vermont Castings gas fireplace, air conditioners on both levels,  Queen bed with OBUSFORME Memory Foam Mattress in the bedroom, large 3 piece bath, TV/VCR/DVD with satellite service, pull out double size sofa bed,   

large wrap around deck with gas BBQ Grill,  a 4 person Softub personal Hot Tub on the deck.     Sleeps 2-3 adults and children max.

This is a  Non Smoking cottage.

Note:
We maintain your Personal hot tub at 100 degrees F.  The personal hot tub is checked regularly for cleanliness and to balance the chemicals in it. The tub is drained and refilled with fresh water and then reheated, depending on the usage. It takes approx 30 hours to heat fresh water back to 100 degrees F after a refill.
