SureNet/Support/System Setup/DSL Instructions - Windows XP
  1. Go to your Start Menu and click on the icon labelled "Control Panel".
  2. Click "Switch to Classic View" on the left.
  3. Find "Network Connections" and double-click.
  4. Now go to the main menu bar and choose "File", then click "New Connection...".
  5. Click "Next" past the first 2 screens, then select "Set up my connection manually" and click "Next".
  6. Select "Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password", then click "Next".
  7. Through the next 2 screens the wizard will ask you for the following information:
    • ISP Name (SureNet)
    • User name and Password (as per your application form)
  8. Click "Next". You have now finished setting up your connection. If you would like, click "Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop", then click "Finish" to exit the wizard.
