| SureNet/Support/System Setup/Dialup Instructions - Windows XP |
- Go to your Start Menu and click on the icon labelled "Control Panel".
- Click "Switch to Classic View" on the left.
- Find "Network Connections" and double-click.
- Now go to the main menu bar and choose "File", then click "New Connection...".
- Click "Next" past the first 2 screens, then select "Set up my connection manually" and click "Next".
- Make sure that "Connect using dial-up modem" is selected and click "Next".
- Through the next 3 screens the wizard will ask you for the following information:
- ISP Name (SureNet)
- Phone number (please refer to the Access Numbers page)
- User name and Password (as per your application form)
- Click "Next". You have now finished setting up your connection. If you would like, click "Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop", then click "Finish" to exit the wizard.
