SureNet/Support/System Setup/Cable Instructions - Windows 2000
  1. Click on Start, go to Settings -> Network and Dialup Connections.
  2. Right Click on Local Area Connection and choose Properties.
  3. Find Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Click on it and select Properties.
  4. Verify that both the IP Address and DNS Servers are set to be obtained automatically.
  5. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options. Go to the Connections tab and go down to LAN Settings... Verify that none of the checkboxes are checked and uncheck them if they are.
  6. That's it! Close Internet options and try connecting to a Web Site.
