Free technical support is available for configuring e-mail addresses on the SureNet network. This does not include troubleshooting e-mail problems on the client side or how to use e-mail services. SureNet recommends that users of any particular client email program consult the help section of that program. Alternately, SureNet provides a FREE webmail service that does not require configuration by the customer.
Any of the above Support issues should call or email support for assistance. Our extensive Support section of our website also provides in-valuable help with many issues users may have.
